Callebaut NXT is a new generation of chocolates to respond to what younger generations of consumers find important. This dairy-free couverture chocolate is not only rich in cocoa but also creamy and delicious like traditional milk chocolate. The milk has been replaced with a 100% plant-based alternative: chufa or tigernut. Chufa has a naturally sweet taste and creamy mouthfeel, reminiscent of chestnut and almond. It is the preferred choice for vegan chocolate production.
Technical uses: baking, molding pralines, chocolates, truffles, fondue, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
