The Alto El Sol cacao plantation is located in the heart of a Peruvian nature park. The cocoa trees are protected by a lush environment, giving the cocoa beans all their richness. The cocoa consists primarily of the Trinitario variety Criollo Amazonia. The dominant sourness and red fruits give to this organic dark couverture chocolate a very long lasting taste.
Technical uses: baking, molding pralines, chocolates, truffles, fondue, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
