The Madirofolo plantation is located in the north of Madagascar and surrounded by tamarind trees that contribute to the unique taste. The organic cocoa is exclusively grown for Barry Cacao and consists primarily of the Trinitario variety. This single origin dark couverture chocolate, is characterized by fruity, citrus notes and a slightly bitter finish.
Technical uses: baking, molding pralines, chocolates, truffles, fondue, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
