Important Information Regarding COVID-19

In response to the present concerns regarding COVID-19, we would like to provide some information. For those of you who do not know, we are a family owned and operated business located near Dresden, Germany. We only operate this store online and thus have no retail foot traffic. Moreover, we take all the necessary precautions to keep ourselves and the team safe. We understand that you expect that all products are shipped in a timely and professional manner and we are committed to maintaining our high level of service. However, there are currently delays and restrictions, which are beyond our control due to the situation.

USA: We offer USPS Smartmail, DHL premium service and Express at present. Unfortunately, priority mail for smaller parcels and standard delivery cannot be facilitated by our local postal service provider at present due to limited flights available to the USA. The shipping rates, which are available are clearly marked. Kindly select the correct one otherwise your order might be cancelled. US customs takes a bit longer than usual to clear packages. Patience is needed. We monitor all packages in transit. 

Europe: No major issues, however, packages take a bit longer than usual.

Middle East: Our courier service providers advised a delay between 2 and 4 working days at present.

Canada: We can only process small parcels at present due to transport and customs clearance problems in the destination.

Australia: We can only facilitate Express shipments at present.

New Zealand: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any parcels at present due to local postal restrictions and the lack of available flights. 

Singapore, South Korea & Japan: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any parcels at present due to local postal restrictions and the lack of available flights.
