Important Information Regarding COVID-19

In response to the present concerns regarding COVID-19, we would like to provide some information. For those of you who do not know, we are a family owned and operated business located near Dresden, Germany. We only operate this store online and thus have no retail foot traffic. Moreover, we take all the necessary precautions to keep ourselves and the team safe. We understand that you expect that all products are shipped in a timely and professional manner and we are committed to maintaining our high level of service. However, there are currently delays and restrictions, which are beyond our control due to the situation.

USA: USPS Smart Mail, Premium and Express shipping can be facilitated by our local postal service providers at present. US Customs takes longer than usual to clear packages during holidays. Express shipments are the fastest and get to the USA without major delays.

Europe: No major issues, service is back to normal.

United Kingdom & Ireland: No major issues, service is back to normal.

Middle East: No major issues, however, packages take a bit longer than usual due to customs clearance.

Canada: All shipments are sent Premium or Express due to very limited transport capacities of the postal service providers.

Australia, New Zealand: Premium and Express shipment is possible. Delays are expected.

Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, China, Japan: No major issues. For Express shipments, kindly contact us for a quotation.

Caribbean & South America: Regular service resumed to Mexico. Express shipment to other destinations available upon request.
