This Callebaut single origin dark chocolate couverture is made exclusively from Arriba Nacional cocoa beans from Ecuador. The dark couverture chocolate has well-rounded cocoa flavors, fruity aromas, with notes of coffee and rum. Pairing partners are: exotic fruits or acidic fruits. However, this chocolate is also delicious on its own. The Arriba couverture is ideal for chocolate bars, chocolate sticks, mousse and ganache.
