This white chocolate (W2) by Barry Callebaut from Belgium is a creamy white couverture with a balanced milk taste. It has a cocoa content of 28% and a milk content of 23% and is one of the best white chocolates from Callebaut. This couverture is great for nearly any application, including molding, enrobing, ganache, mousse or ice cream.

Ingredients:

Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor.

Cocoa Content: 28% 

Weight: 500 g (17.63 oz), 1000 g (35.27 oz) or 2500 g (88.1 oz)

This product may contain traces of milk, nuts, egg and gluten. Store in a cool dry place and away from the sun, at 18 - 22 degrees Celsius.
