Wicklein Gingerbread - Nürnberger Elisen Lebkuchen Chocolate

When you think of Christmas, you think of Nuremberg Lebkuchen, the city's famous gingerbread. These sweet delicacies have been baked for more than 600 years and are loved by young and old. These Wicklein original Elisen Lebkuchen from Nuremberg - contain at least 25% nuts and almonds. 

The Gold-Elisen gingerbread contains crunchy hazelnut, walnut and almond pieces, and has a fine wafer at the bottom and a delicious dark chocolate coating on top. This gingerbread is definitely sweetening the holidays. Free from artificial flavors and colors.

Ingredients:
Seeds (hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds), sugar, chocolate 13% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin), wheat flour, glucose-fructose syrup, orange peel, invert sugar syrup, egg, egg protein powder, lemon peel, spices (contain cinnamon), whole egg powder, potato starch, dried figs, humectants: sorbitol; blossom honey, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate; gluten, lactose, caramel sugar syrup, corn starch, salt, natural flavors, stabilizer: diphosphates; acidifier: citric acid; modified corn starch, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
