Pacari means nature in Quechua, an Andean indigenous language. This Pacari organic raw dark chocolate is made from minimally processed and roasted Arriba Nacional cocoa beans, which are grown in the regions of Esmeraldas, Manabi and Los Rios in Ecuador. Roasting at lower temperatures maximizes the antioxidants and complex flavors of the natural cacao bean. The rich, bold cocoa taste blends perfectly with a signature sweetness and the citrus and floral notes. This is one of the most popular Pacari chocolates. It is definitely our favorite.
