Valrhona Caraibe is a fine dark chocolate couverture of Grand Cru quality and a favorite among chocolatiers. Made exclusively from the Trinitario cocoa bean from the Caribbean islands it has a mild taste and resembles tropical flavors with delicate notes of roasted almonds and coffee. Technical uses: baking, chocolate decoration, molding, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
