Valrhona Guanaja milk couverture chocolate is created from a blend of Trinitario and Criollo cocoa beans from South America. The cocoa beans are mixed into a milk chocolate with a very strong, intense chocolate taste. Technical uses: baking, chocolate decoration, molding, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
