Valrhona Jivara is a fine milk chocolate couverture made from Arriba Nacional cocoa beans from Ecuador. Jivara has a creamy texture and a strong cocoa flavor. The distinctive taste releases notes of caramel and vanilla, refined with a pinch of malt. The small chocolate drops are not only easy to melt, they are also a wonderful snack. Technical uses: ganache, ice cream, mousse, baking, chocolate decoration, molding, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
