Fair Trade Milk Chocolate Salty Caramel

The Gepa salty caramel chocolate is particularly impressive thanks to its crunchy caramel pieces, refined with a touch of fleur de sel. The cocoa for this delicate organic salted caramel chocolate comes from the small island of São Tomé.

Ingredients:
Raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, 19% whole milk powder, cocoa mass, 7.5% caramel crisp (raw cane sugar, glucose syrup, butterfat, sea salt), 0.5% pyramid salt (Fleur de Sel).
