Shipping Information

Chocolate & More Delights aims to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 workdays of your purchase. All orders will be handed over to the shipping company DHL / Deutsche Post, or our Express shipping partners from Monday to Friday. You will be notified via email should there be a delay in your delivery. Shipping might be restricted during the summer months when temperatures rise above 24 degrees Celsius. To learn more about delivery during summer read on here. Our shipping charges are weight based and will be displayed before checkout. All products, except our Sweet Apparel collection, will be shipped from Germany. Our Sweet Apparel line is dispatched from the USA.


We currently ship to 26 countries in the European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark (except Färöer, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland), France (except overseas territories), Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except Campione d’Italia, Livigno, San Marino, Vatican City), Latvia,  Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands (except overseas territories), Poland, Portugal (except the Azores, Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla) and Sweden.

National Delivery:

A flat rate applies for deliveries in Germany.

International Delivery:​

We would like the whole world to enjoy our exquisite range of products and therefore we offer a Standard, Premium or Express delivery service to United Kingdom and Northern Ireland (except overseas territories)​​, Guernsey, Jersey, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, USA, Canada and Japan. Express shipping service is used for deliveries to Bermuda, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Premium or Express shipping is utilized for shipments to Israel, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. For deliveries to any other destination, please contact us for a quotation.

Once packages are shipped, they are in the hands of the postal service. Chocolate & More Delights will provide the package tracking, however, Chocolate & More Delights is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. All Standard, Premium and Express packages are insured and a claim can be filed with your local post office in case of damage or loss. Additionally, an investigation is filed with our local postal service organization. Refunds, if applicable, are only granted against store credit for the products ordered. Shipping costs are non-refundable, if the delivery has been successfully executed. Unsuccessful deliveries as a result of wrong address details submission are not insured and therefore will also not be refunded. 

​​​​​​​Taxes, Duties & Transit Times:

Packages may be subject to custom duties or taxes on arrival depending on the postal regulations of your own country. Delivery times vary depending on your destination. The delivery times within Europe are approximately 3 to 10 working days. Allow 10 to 18 working days for deliveries to the USA and Canada, plus a maximum of 12 days for custom inspection, if applicable. Deliveries to the Middle East and Asia may take 8 to 14 working days. Small parcels are sent via Priority Mail with an average delivery time of 3 to 10 working days worldwide. The shipping time frame provided for each destination is an estimate only. Once we have posted your package we have no control over how long it actually takes to be delivered. 


Due to the nature of our products we follow strictly a no-returns policy. All sales are final unless there is something wrong with your order from our side.

Legal Notice:

Prior to placing an order we advise any purchaser to ensure the products are allowed to be imported to the destination country. The purchaser takes full responsibility for the consequences if the import of the ordered products is restricted in the destination country. Chocolate & More Delights will fulfill any order that is received and the purchaser takes full responsibility for the delivery. Thus, if restricted products are held or questioned by the customs authority, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to provide the necessary information if requested. Additionally, any costs related to such investigation are born by the purchaser and no refund will be granted in case of such unsuccessful delivery.
