In a separate bowl mix flour and baking powder and combine with the butter mix. Continue stirring the batter until all ingredients are fully combined.
Fill the batter equally into 2 greased springform pans (Ø 16 cm / 6.29 inches) and bake for approx. 30 min at 180 degrees Celsius / 356 F). Let both cakes cool down.
Carefully create a hole in the middle of both cakes leaving a top and bottom cake layer. Mix the cake crumbs with 70 g / 2.46 oz icing sugar, 2 tbsp Philadelphia Cream Cheese and 3 tbsp Lemon Juice. Roll into small balls and decorate with sprinkles. Set cake pops aside.
