Grown at elevations of 1,300 to 1,900 meters, the beans ripen slowly, allowing for a rich, smooth flavor with sweet, fruity notes and elegant complexity.

Most beans are grown on small, family-owned fincas (farms) where experienced farmers handpick each cherry with care. This artisanal approach ensures the highest quality from harvest to cup.
