Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment is received. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery times are stated on our website and they are estimates. They may be affected by local postal service delays, customs processing (for international orders), or extreme weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions (if available) will be clearly stated on our website.

4. Shipping Insurance

All Standard and Premium packages are insured. In case of damage or loss, a claim can be filed with your local post office. We also initiate an investigation with our local postal provider to support resolution efforts.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Once a package is handed over to the shipping provider, Chocolate & More Delights is no longer responsible for delays, damages, or lost/stolen parcels.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or refusal of receipt, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees, and the original shipping fee will not be refunded.

6. International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

7. Perishable Products & Weather Conditions

Our chocolates are sensitive to temperature. During warmer months or in hot climates, we recommend choosing express shipping to reduce the risk of melting or quality degradation. We do our best to package items appropriately but cannot guarantee product condition once in transit.
