This is one of the most popular Paccari chocolates. Chocolate and salt are a famous pairing and the Cuzco salt intensifies the cocoa aroma and therefore creates a special taste experience. Crunchiness often makes chocolate more intriguing and therefore cacao nibs were added. This organic Paccari chocolate won the Americas Gold medal in 2016 at the international Chocolate Awards.
