Order Cancellation Request

We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please submit your cancellation request within 24 hours of placing your order. This helps us process your request before your order is prepared and dispatched, as we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that due to the nature of our products, returns and refunds cannot be accepted once an order has been shipped. We therefore encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
