Finest organic dark chocolate couverture made from cocoa beans in Madagascar. The island of Madagascar is currently considered to produce some of the best available cocoas worldwide. It only accounts for roughly 0.5% of the world cocoa production. Lubeca selects the fine cocoa beans from selected cooperatives and actively supports farmers with their ecologically sustainable cultivation.
Technical uses: baking, molding pralines, chocolates, truffles, fondue, chocolate filling and all other applications of chocolate making.
