Wicklein Gingerbread - White Sugar

The best thing about gingerbread is the way it smells. It's like walking into your favorite bakery and inhaling a cloud of warm sugar-dusted spice. We can't get enough of it. These richly spiced Wicklein gingerbread cookies are covered with crunchy sugar icing.

Sugar, wheat flour, caramel sugar syrup, raising agents: potassium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; potato starch, thickener: gum Arabic; butter, spices (contain cinnamon), wheat protein, potato dextrin, egg white, gelatin.
