On August 10, 2026, a powerful 7.4-magnitude earthquake struck Colombia’s Coffee Triangle, affecting communities across one of the country’s most important coffee-growing regions.
For us, Colombia is much more than the home of our favorite coffee. Last summer, we spent time in the Eje Cafetero, where we experienced the incredible warmth and kindness of the people and felt at home in its colorful towns and beautiful landscapes.
Seeing the destruction caused by the earthquake is heartbreaking. Many families have been left with damaged or destroyed homes and are facing the difficult task of rebuilding.
