Ingredients:

  • 350 g Plain Flour
  • 1 tsp Dr. Oetker Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 10 g Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Mixed Spice
  • 100 g Unsalted Butter
  • 175 g Light Brown Sugar
  • 45 ml Golden Syrup
  • 1 Large Egg, beaten

For Decoration:

  • 225 g Icing Sugar
  • 125 g Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Dr. Oetker Sicilian Lemon Extract

2. Paleo Gingerbread Cookies

A guilt free indulgence is guaranteed with these paleo and vegan gingerbread cookies by My Natural Family. It takes approximately 60 min to make and all you need is this:

  • 1 1/2 Cups Almond Flour

  • 1 2/3 cups (234 g) All-purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
