We love desserts and found this healthy yet delicious, rich and easy to make recipe. This is a vegan and Paleo friendly version, feel free to use regular milk.
- 1 or 2 Ripe Avocado
- 200 - 250 ml Almond Milk
- 2 Table Spoons 100% Cacao Powder (unsweetened)
- 2 Tea Spoons Cinnamon
- Pinch of Cardamon and Gloves (optional)
- 2 Tea Spoons Chia Seeds
- 1 or 2 Tea Spoons Honey (optional)
Serves: 2 or 3
Put all of your ingredients in a blender and mix well. Chill the pudding in the refrigerator for approximately 30 min before serving. Decorate with berries and enjoy!
