1. Death By Chocolate Martini

Ingredients:

Directions:

Add a few tablespoons chocolate liqueur to a small rimmed plate. Add a few tablespoons cocoa powder to another small plate and whisk briefly to break up the lumps. Dip the rim of a martini glass into the liqueur then into the cocoa. Set aside. Add the chocolate liqueur, vodka, and half-and-half to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake for a good 20 seconds. Pour into rimmed martini glass.

2. Frozen Hot Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fat free half and half
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cups ice
  • Chocolate syrup (optional)
  • Chocolate sprinkles (optional)
  • Liquor (Irish cream, optional)

Directions:

In a bowl combine half and half, Irish cream (if desired), cocoa powder, honey and salt. Add mix to blender cup followed by ice. Blend using the "blend" feature, or until ice is well blended and mixture is a creamy texture. Serve immediately and top with chocolate syrup and sprinkles if desired.

3. Chocolatini

Ingredients:

  • 75 ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 25 ml Smirnoff Vodka
  • Chocolate syrup or sauce
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

Pour the Baileys into a cocktail shaker and add the Smirnoff on top of it.
Next add the chocolate syrup to the cocktail shaker too. Pop some ice cubes into the shaker and shake vigorously till the liquid is silky smooth. Strain into a cocktail glass, finish with crumbled or flaked chocolate and enjoy.

4. Chocolate Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 5 Chocolates (about 1/2 cup, roughly chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 ounces Rum

Directions:

Heat the cream over medium heat. When cream is warm, turn off heat and add in chopped chocolate and vanilla. Whisk well until all chocolate is melted and fully blended with the cream. Allow to come to room temperature. Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 full of ice and add rum and chocolate mixture. Shake until chilled. Pour through strainer into coup or martini glass. Top with additional heavy or whipped cream, if desired.

5. Frozen Chocolate Mudslide Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce Kahlua
  • 1 ounce Vodka
  • 1 ounce Chocolate syrup
  • 2 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup ice
  • Whipped Cream

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until creamy and smooth. Taste and adjust the flavors to your liking. Top it off with whipped cream, sprinkles and anything else you like.
