250 ml Low-fat milk
- 1 Organic Banana
- 2 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Dark Chocolate Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut or Almond butter
Mix all the ingredients in your blender and your smoothie drink is ready to enjoy!
Vegan Chocolate Mousse
The perfect delicious vegan mousse dessert for your guests or simply for yourself.
- 1 Pod of Vanilla Bean Seeds
- 5 ml Tartar Cream
- 1 Tbsp. Cane or Coconut sugar
- 225 g Aquafaba kept at room temperature
- 180 g Melted dairy-free Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa)
Melt the dark chocolate; allow to cool while you prepare the meringue. Blend Aquafaba and tartar cream until soft peaks form, add vanilla bean seeds and coconut sugar. Whisk for a further 1 minute. Slowly add chocolate to the meringue, folding it in gently using a spatula. Make sure all the chocolate is evenly mixed. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours, top with raspberries and it’s ready for you to enjoy!

- Chocolate Chips
- Nuts, Almonds
Place 2 cups of bittersweet, semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips in a Bain-Marie and melt slowly. Add 1 ½ cup of assorted nuts like cashews, almonds, and hazelnuts to the melted chocolate. Coat a pan with aluminum foil, spread the mixture on it and refrigerate until firm.
Avocado Shake with Cacao

- 150 ml Skimmed milk or Almond Milk
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbsp. Organic Cacao powder
- 1/2 Avocado
- Cacao nibs to decorate
