Chocolate Avocado Mousse Recipe - Chocolate & More Delights

Ingredients:

  •  250 ml Low-fat milk
  •  1 Organic Banana
  •  2 Tbsp. Greek Yogurt
  •  1 Tbsp. Dark Chocolate Powder
  •  1 Tbsp. Peanut or Almond butter

 Method:

 Mix all the ingredients in your blender and your smoothie drink is ready to enjoy!

Vegan Chocolate Mousse

The perfect delicious vegan mousse dessert for your guests or simply for yourself.

 Ingredients:

  •  1 Pod of Vanilla Bean Seeds
  •  5 ml Tartar Cream
  •  1 Tbsp. Cane or Coconut sugar
  •  225 g Aquafaba kept at room temperature
  •  Raspberries
  •  180 g Melted dairy-free Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa)

 Method:

Melt the dark chocolate; allow to cool while you prepare the meringue. Blend Aquafaba and tartar cream until soft peaks form, add vanilla bean seeds and coconut sugar. Whisk for a further 1 minute. Slowly add chocolate to the meringue, folding it in gently using a spatula. Make sure all the chocolate is evenly mixed. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for 4 hours, top with raspberries and it’s ready for you to enjoy!

Chocolate Nut Bark

This is very beneficial for the heart with an energy value of 74 calories per piece. All you have to do is follow three easy steps and it’s ready!

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate Chips
  • Nuts, Almonds

Method:

Place 2 cups of bittersweet, semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips in a Bain-Marie and melt slowly. Add 1 ½ cup of assorted nuts like cashews, almonds, and hazelnuts to the melted chocolate. Coat a pan with aluminum foil, spread the mixture on it and refrigerate until firm.

Avocado Shake with Cacao

This chocolate fix is easy to make and healthy to drink!

Ingredients:

  •  150 ml Skimmed milk or Almond Milk
  •  1 Banana
  •  2 Tbsp. Organic Cacao powder
  •  1/2 Avocado
  •  Cacao nibs to decorate

Method:

Blend the banana slices with the rest of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can add some milk if you care for a thinner shake. Pour into one or two glasses, top with cacao nibs and drink away!

  • 150 ml Vanilla Almond milk

Place the milk on the stove and heat it while whisking in the remaining ingredients.
Divide the total quantity into three servings, all ready to be served!
